Using Wild Wonder

These Terms govern your access to and use of Wild Wonder. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Wild Wonder with a child, you represent that you are the child's parent, legal guardian, educator, or another adult authorized to supervise that use.
Educational service
Wild Wonder offers general educational content about nature, animals, weather, space, and science. It is a starting point for curiosity, not professional scientific, medical, safety, legal, or environmental advice. Do not rely on the service for emergencies or decisions where expert guidance is required.
Optional accounts
Most public content is available without an account. Optional accounts are intended for adults and may enable saved progress and family features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and signed-in devices, providing accurate information, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without authorization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe another person's rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or abusive content.
- Misrepresent your identity or misuse sign-in functionality.

The service may rely on or link to third parties, including Google for sign-in and analytics and content-delivery or hosting providers. Their products and policies govern your relationship with them. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and content. We do not promise that Wild Wonder will always be available, error-free, or appropriate for every age, curriculum, or location. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Wild Wonder is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Wild Wonder and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, use, or profits resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
