On calm, clear mornings, blades of grass suddenly sparkle with hundreds of tiny water beads that weren't there the night before.

Where does all that water come from if it never rained?
s night falls, the grass cools down faster than the air just above it. When that air brushing the cold blades gets chilly enough, the invisible water floating inside it turns back into liquid and gathers into tiny round drops. Once the sun climbs high and warms the grass again, the drops vanish back into invisible vapor.
